What are your soaps made of?
Our soaps are made with goat's milk glycerin soap and/or clear glycerin soap for extra moisture and less irritation.
What is DivaClub?
"DivaClub" is our soap of the month membership service. Our members receive a new array of homemade, seasonal soaps each month. Each package includes a bath bar, two hand soaps, and a sachet and is perfect as a gift for someone special or for unwinding yourself!
What payments methods are available?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal payments.
Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the continental United Sates.
What is a DivaCode?
A DivaCode is a special code that grants you access to special sales at huge discounts. If you receive a promotional code via email or with a purchase, simply click the "DivaCode" button at the top of the site to enter it. DivaClub members receive DivaCodes regularly via email and have access to sales not available to any non-member.
What is your return policy?
All items, with the exception of DivaClub products, may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund, minus shipping charges. All returned items must be unopened and resalable.
Is your soap safe for sensitive skin?
Our soaps contain either natural ingredients or ingredients found to be mild enough for sensitive skins types. When trying any new personal skin care product, it is always best to "spot test" to ensure no reactions occur.
I personally have sensitive skin and use DivaSoap products daily with no problems.
